Onboarding takes approximately 30–45 minutes and is designed to help you understand the rules, safety guidelines, and equipment-use instructions so you can begin using the services safely and confidently.

Enroll in the Hyde Midtown Miami resident membership, then complete the required onboarding before using the wellness center.
Hyde Midtown Miami (FRIENDS)
Enroll in the Hyde Midtown Miami friends membership, then complete the required onboarding before accessing the wellness center.
