The Founders Story

Founded by former NHL professional hockey player Sean Bergenheim, the company was built around one core belief: wellness should be seamlessly integrated into modern daily life. After spending more than a decade competing at the highest level of professional sports in North America, Sean developed a deep understanding of recovery, performance optimization, and the long-term importance of health and vitality.

Following his professional hockey career and a personal health journey that intensified after COVID-19, Sean became increasingly focused on the science of recovery, rehabilitation, and longevity. Through years of hands-on experience with advanced wellness technologies and wellness operations, he recognized a major opportunity within modern real estate: developers and property owners wanted premium wellness amenities, but without the operational complexity traditionally associated with spas, clinics, and wellness facilities.
